Guidance on AI and Children

This third edition of the UNICEF guidance on AI and children was published in December 2025. The purpose of the guidance is to raise awareness of children’s rights and how AI systems can uphold or undermine those rights; and to provide requirements and recommendations to uphold children’s rights in AI governance and the practices of government and business.
