The HELP courses (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals) by the Council of Europe offer free online training for legal professionals on key human rights topics such as the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), ECtHR case-law, data protection, violence against women, and bioethics.
With EU support since 2015, the courses also cover the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and CJEU case-law. National versions of the courses help judges, prosecutors, and lawyers apply European standards in national legal contexts.
